The Brief
L&Q PricedIn, is a Shared Ownership scheme that allows people to part-own and part-rent their property. Shootmedia have been producing annual campaigns to promote the scheme and were asked to produce the headline campaign for 2018.
After raising the bar with the award-winning campaign from last year, we knew that this was going to be an exciting challenge.
The Solution
A few creative brainstorming sessions and beers later, we decided to create a series of short 30" vignettes, articulated around little moments of joy new home owners experience. There would also be an array of supporting content that featured some of the interior world's biggest influencers.
The Content
London Living Rent

The Brief
Produce an educational video explaining a new government scheme called London Living Rent.
The Solution
Explainer videos are often dull and uninspiring to watch and this was something I wanted to disrupt and break the mould of. When writing the script, I took a lot of inspiration from articles that compared cost of living to everyday items and I therefore centered a lot of the film around rising avocado prices.

Erith Bake Off
Role: Producer/Director
The Brief
Produce a film series showcasing the local area of Erith to give audiences an authentic feel of what the area has to offer.
The Solution
Working with Faust PR, we decided to use Rav Bhansal, a bake off contestant and Erith resident. Rav had agreed to bake a cake in the shape of a school and we filmed and interviewed him about his creation. Due to Rav's busy schedule, everything was filmed in half a day and these restrictions allowed us to experiment with different techniques such as slow-mo, to make it more engaging for viewers to watch.
